KYLIE JENNER IS THE FIRST WOMAN WITH 300MILLION INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS

Despite her reduced social media presence, Kylie Jenner has become the first woman to reach 300million Instagram followers.

The 24-year old Kylie is the first woman in the world to have 300million Instagram followers on the social media platform.

This places her as the second most followed person on Instagram behind Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, who has 388 million followers on the platform. The most-followed account on the platform is Instagram’s official account with 460 million.

Ariana Grande formerly held the position of the topmost followed woman. In Feb 2019, the Thank You, Next singer racked up 146.5 million followers, taking first places from Selena Gomez, who had earned held the most-followed spot before her.

Jenner making this milestone comes as a surprise as the Keeping Up With The Kardashian has maintained a relatively low profile in the last two months since the #astroworldtragedy that left ten dead and many injured.

The star took some time off social media following the Nov 5. tragedy at Scott’s Astroworld Festival show in Houston.

On Christmas Eve, she returned to Instagram, posting a throwback picture of her mother, Kris Jenner.

Jenner also took to Instagram on New Year’s Eve to reflect on the highs and the lows of the past year.

Captioning the black and white photo of her baby bump, she wrote, “As 2022 is approaching i’ve been reflecting on this last year and the blessings that it brought but also the many heartaches it held.”

“I will never forget this year and all the significant changes it made to my life.”

“I pray this new year is filled with a lot of love for all of you, and I hope everyone stays safe and healthy during this time. 🖤,” she continued.

The mother of one is expecting her second child with rapper Travis Scott.
