Arsenal sack Aubameyang as captain, drop him for West Ham game

Aubameyang
Arsenal have announced the removal of their striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as the first team captain.
The club also said he will not be fielded in tomorrow’s match against West Ham.
The announcement was made on their website Tuesday afternoon.
“Following his latest disciplinary breach last week, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will no longer be our club captain, and will not be considered for selection for Wednesday’s match against West Ham United.
“We expect all our players, particularly our captain, to work to the rules and standards we have all set and agreed.
“We are fully focused on tomorrow’s match.”
Aubameyang got into trouble with his club after he arrived late from an approved trip abroad.
His late arrival made him to miss training last Friday.
Arsenal and their manager seriously frowned at the behaviour.
As part of the disciplinary measures, he was left out of the Gunners’ squad for their Premier League clash on Saturday against Southampton.
