Former Commissioner for Women Affairs in Ondo, Princess Omowunmi Olatunji has extended Easter greetings to Christians on this year's celebration of Easter.

The message is contained in a statement she personally signed and made public.

Princess Omowunmi, who urged Christians to emulate the selfless life of Christ, said Easter celebration which commemorates the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is yet another time to be reminded of the sacrificial love of God towards humanity.

In the same vein, Princess Omowunmi used the occasion to thank members of her political party, party leaders and most especially the Governor of Ondo State and his amiable wife, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and Chief Mrs. Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu for their supports towards the success of the flag off of Omowunmi For Senate.

While also acknowledging the support of APC State Chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimilehim, the SSG, Princess Catherine Odu, Hon.Saka Yusuf, Barr. Tobi Ogunleye, Hon. Islam Otetubi, members of FOWOSO, Women Arise, among others, Princess Omowunmi thanked members of  MyChoice and other constituency members for coming out in large numbers to rally support for her senatorial ambition.
