HAPPY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS, EBENEZER OLUFEMI ADELOLA: THE QUIET FORCE BEHIND THE SCENES.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS, EBENEZER OLUFEMI ADELOLA: THE QUIET FORCE BEHIND THE SCENES.

In a world teeming with millions—billions—of people, a few individuals stand out. Not necessarily for fame, flamboyance, or physical distinction, but for the extraordinary way they carry out the ordinary. They’re often difficult to describe or categorize. Call them different—perhaps even odd—and you might not be wrong. These are people who move quietly, yet make things happen.

One such person is Ebenezer Olufemi Adelola.

At first glance, he appears unassuming. Of average height and fair complexion, nothing in his outward appearance suggests the inner fire and strength he possesses. In a crowd, you might overlook him. But beneath the surface lies a rare combination of vision, resilience, and tireless dedication. His family calls him "Baba Ekun"—meaning “Father of the Tiger”. It's a name not given lightly, and one that encapsulates the essence of who he is.

To different people, Ebenezer means different things. At St. Daniel’s Assembly Oluwatosimile, he is the choir master, guitarist, pianist, and spiritual leader. In his professional capacity at the Akure South Local Government, he serves as a seasoned engineer and currently holds the position of Director, Head of Department. In the academic space of Shallom Orimary School, he is known as the supportive husband of the school’s proprietress. While these roles may seem impressive, they only scratch the surface.

Ebenezer’s true value lies in the depth of his character—qualities you might never discern until you work closely with him. His unwavering commitment to any responsibility he accepts is nothing short of remarkable. As choir director, he not only leads in music but also ensures every member and instrument is transported to events—often using his personal car. His involvement guarantees a standard of excellence that others have come to depend on.

Though trained as an Agricultural Engineer, his hands are as familiar with machines as with soil. Whether it’s a broken-down car in the pouring rain or a minor fault in a school bus, Ebenezer does not hesitate to roll up his sleeves—even if he’s dressed in white. He is known to crawl under vehicles, soaked and stained, to get them running again—often not for himself, but for others.

He believes his time and resources are meant to serve humanity. There is practically nothing he would withhold from someone in genuine need.

Ebenezer lives intentionally. When he is not resting, he is busy. Whether tending to his nursery of fruit trees and poultry, fixing vehicles within the compound, or driving students to school in the family’s vehicle, he is constantly engaged in productive work. Efficiency is his lifestyle.

Despite his rugged commitment and seemingly tough exterior, Ebenezer is deeply sensitive. A man of tender emotions, he does not shy away from tears when faced with overwhelming sorrow or adversity. His strength is balanced by a soft, compassionate heart.

He is also a man of very few words. You’ll rarely hear him speak at length or argue. But what he lacks in speech, he more than compensates for in action.

Your life radiates and blesses people with happiness and manifest a spirit of problem-solving. May the joy you bring to others be returned to you and your offspring.

Happy birthday celebrations. You are warmly welcome to the fifth floor. Aseyi samodun loruko Jesu

Nigerian Fighting For Russia Captured By Ukrainian forces  A Nigerian man, Kehinde Oluwagbemileke, who was fighting for the Russian military in the ongoing war against Ukraine, has been captured by Ukrainian forces.
