The 22-year-old dancer Maddie Durdant-Hollamby is believed to have been killed in a murder-suicide by her 41-year-old boyfriend Benjamin Green, who also died from self-inflicted stab

A dancer was stabbed to death in what police believe to be murder-suicide by her boyfriend, an inquest has heard.

Maddie Durdant-Hollamby, 22, was discovered dead by police at a property in Kettering, Northamptonshire, following concerns over her welfare on August 27.

She was found at the same property on Slate Drive as her boyfriend Benjamin Green, 41, who also died from self-inflicted stab wounds, Northamptonshire Police said.

At an inquest today, senior coroner for Northamptonshire Anne Pember said that Ms Durdant-Hollamby's body was identified by her father.

Her cause of death was stab wounds to the chest, the court was told.
