 POLICE INSPECTOR CRUSHED TO DEATH BY TRUCK AT CHECKPOINT   A tragic accident occurred on Sunday afternoon along the Abeokuta–Sagamu Motorway in Ogun State, resulting in the death of a police inspector, Afolabi Adeola. According to information, the fatal crash took place at approximately 12:30 p.m. near the Judiciary Complex checkpoint in Abeokuta, where Inspector Adeola was on official duty. Reports indicate that a truck, reportedly conveying 900 bags of cement, was approaching the checkpoint at high speed when it lost control. Before striking Inspector Adeola, the truck reportedly collided with another vehicle that had halted in compliance with police traffic directives.
